CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sans Soleil, every appointment is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask that all guests adhere to the following policies: ⸻ 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. 2. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. 3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee (50%) may apply. 4. Card on File: A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve your appointment. Fees will only be charged in accordance with the policy above. We appreciate your understanding and support as we honor the time of each client and the integrity of our schedule.
